1 opening in beautiful townhome

Hey my name is DeVonte' and currently it's just me and my other roommate Paul in a three bed room 2 story apartment. we are looking for someone to fill in the room by the end of this month, and pay ready for the month of march. all though it is month to month, we would prefer someone who plans on staying for more than a couple of months, as it is a hassle having to find roommates.

We both go to the gym and play video games (headphones on), and pretty much stay in our rooms. It often feels like i live alone because the other roommate is so quiet. He feels the same way lol. I have a small dog named Choji and your dog is welcome. We clean up after we eat, keep the living areas spotless, and show before anything respect to one another.

You will have your own room and share a bathroom with me. Tandem parking is all yours with the other roommate no extra charge. Our internet is super fast because i stream on twitch like a nerd
