Room for Rent

My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate to help out with the rent a little, so we can save for a better place. We currently have an empty room. Looking for a, mindful, roommate that will help keep shared space clean (i. e. kitchen and living room) . Also looking for someone who is financially stable, with a steady flow of income. Water and electric are not included in the rent, but will be divided amongst tenants. The room is a private master, with a full, private, bathroom. My boyfriend and I keep to ourselves, but both have sociable personalities, and like to keep our shared spaces clean.
