Entire floor of the home to yourself.

I’m looking to rent out the entire second story to one chosen individual. There is a living room area, a huge bedroom with full bath (Shower, sink and toilet). You have kitchen access provided you clean up after yourself. There is a washer and dryer on the property and available to use. You are allowed guests. Only one guest can stay the night at a time and only for one night at a time. We shall discuss quiet time as needed for both us. There is a three (3) month minimum stay, with a six (6) month maximum stay. Provided both parties are content with the living situation, there would be an option after six (6) months, to be month-to-month and could be terminated be either the landlord (myself) or the tenant. There is a late fee if rent is paid to the landlord (myself) after the 5th of the month. The late fee is $60.00 (sixty). Failure to pay rent before the 10th shall receive a 3 (three) day notice to pay or quit.

***If you are renting as a couple there is a $100 month increase in rent. Bringing the rent to $1300/calendar month***
