Looking for just the right person to share this beautiful Queen Anne house -- complete with fenced yard, gardens, fruit trees, back patio, barn with storage, and chicken coop. It is a gorgeous, completely renovated historic home with hardwood floors, southern-style front porch, and tons of character and sunlight. It's in a quiet and friendly neighborhood walking distance to places like the Museum of Natural History, USC, Nature's Brew, Bacari, and Trader Joe's. A 3-5 minute drive to downtown!

I am a female professional who is very friendly, easy-going, and clean. The large bedroom I am leasing is on the second floor. It has a private bathroom, sitting area with window, and walk-in closet. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room (on first floor) are shared.

I am looking for a single person (no couples, please) who will appreciate the house as much as I do. The word I would use to describe my style is eclectic -- I am a collector of antique and vintage items and fill my home with art and love! If you love gardening as much as I do, there are raised beds throughout the property that you could tinker in for fun or make your own. The back patio includes a grill, furniture, and movie screen. There is also a compost bin for gardening and food scraps. Fruit trees/vines include papaya, peach, apple, kumquat, meyer lemon, pomegranate, and passionfruit.

I am super flexible and could arrange a month-to-month lease, if that's helpful to you. Rent includes ALL utilities (water, electric, gas, wifi), free off-street parking (gated driveway), and a laundry room with new washer and dryer. I have an adorable small dog -- a half pug, half chihuahua named Mr. Dexter -- who charms everyone he meets. I would consider another small dog; the yard is fully fenced, with lots of trails for your little one to run around, and shady porches for them to sit on.
