Sound and music house looking for housemate

Terms: Month to month. One month notice for either party. No set leave deadline, just looking for a good match.
LADWP and Internet not included in rent - split between us.
No other expenses.

Room: One Large room with en suite bathroom and a huge mirror closet (in addition to the quoted square footage).
Room is not furnished though theres a desk and chair here if you want them.
Also the closet has shelving and all so no need for that.

Looking for a music producer / engineer, musician or creative person.
This is a creative household. It comes with tremendous benefits, and some drawbacks.
The shared living room is also a production and mixing studio (see photos).
A studio I would love to share with someone who could enjoy it and make good use of it for themselves. This is also part of the drawbacks as we have to coordinate around use of the space.

Other benefits - awesome good vibes balcony, beautiful gated complex with laundry, a small Gym and a pool. Two parking spaces in tandem. One mine one yours.
Open, none-judgmental, enabling, creative vibe.
Other drawbacks - Area is ok. Not bad or off-putting, but definitely not exciting.
There's good restaurants and such around, but this ain't Venice beach or Silverlake.

My name is Hush. I'm an acoustician, studio designer, and audio engineer. I'm 32.
My routine changes a lot. But currently I spend most of my time out of the house working. Other times I work from home for a period. Then back out.
I'm easy to communicate with if you are. I'm pretty easy going. Nothing really annoys me other than unnecessary drama.
I'm generally an organized person. But I have my hand in a lot of different projects and businesses. So I can sometimes get distracted, misplace things or just literally not be around at all. And sometimes I test new products and they stay in the studio for a few days. But I always tidy up eventually. I'm not a huge partier. But I'm game. Looking for a good click with someone.

You're creative and enjoy creativity going on. If the thought of occasionally coming back home to find a recording session going on in the living room sounds cool to you this might be for you. If that's off putting then this is not for you. You have common sense, decency and you are here to communicate and resolve issues, not cause them. You have steady income to pay rent and house expenses as well as your own living expenses (I don't mind sharing food and changing lightbulbs but It's not cool if I'm the only one doing so all the time). I don't care much what your income is.
You are in town and can meet me here for us to get acquainted. Don't message me if you've moving to LA soon. Message me when you're here. I will not agree with anyone on anything before we meet in person. You're clean and tidy, not a spoiled kid disaster, or a dramatic germaphobe (nothing against you but we just won't get along).
And most importantly, you are responsible. There is extremely sensitive equipment here, which I would love to share with a responsible user.

My previous housemate was a producer engineer. He set up a second mix room in his room and we both worked simultaneously. I still have some acoustics I could lend you for the cause if you wish.
