My roommate and I are looking for 2 females to replace our current roommates. We live in a duplex property, occupying the upstairs part. It has 4 rooms and 2 bath. Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. We have our own parking, enough for 4 cars tandem parking. There is also plenty of street parking.

Both rooms can fit a full or queen sized bed.
One room has a private bath, two windows, and gets lots of sunlight. The other has one window, and a deep closet.

Located right by the 10fwy, 10-15min from Target, Ralphs, Sprouts, Midtown Crossing Shopping Center, and The Grove. Less than 10 min from Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Superior market. Great location, quiet neighborhood.

Available end of December, month to month lease.
