Room for rent HUGE closet in beautiful craftsman

The space:
Room for rent with huge closet in a beautiful historic 1920s craftsman home. Common area includes large backyard with three raised garden beds filled with veggies, fruit, herbs (with room for you to plant if you want!). Backyard also includes a deck with string lights, grill and tables. Front yard with porch for porch chilling. (During covid these outdoor spaces have been a lifesaver!) Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. Spacious living room and communal dining area with West Elm dining set. Bathroom shared with just 1 other person. Garden shed for stored items. Street parking and/or driveway parking is really easy and free for all. Central AC and heat. Washer/dryer in unit.

Duration: We are looking for a roommate who can work for the long run, but it might be nice for both of us to have a 3 month trial run to make sure it is working for both of us.

House and kitchen are fully furnished and stocked. Room will be empty.

The area:
4 mins to some of the best Korean food in the world in Koreatown. 10 mins to Downtown. 15 mins to Santa Monica. 10 minutes to Culver City. We are sooo close to the 10 highway at Arlington or Western exit. Generally speaking, we are also centrally located, so friends, jobs, fun in the East or the West side are always an option.

Our street is a palm tree lined quite street straight out of Pleasantville where our neighbors? smile and wave as you walk your dog in the morning. The street is gated off at one end which makes it quiet, residential, and safe. Such a special secret little historic neighborhood. The area has so many names, West Adams, Arlington Heights, Western Heights, Mid-city, Washington Heights, Harvard Square. We call it home.

Who lives here:
3 early - mid 30s friendly, kind, considerate, fun humans
1 five-year-old male Samoyed dog, also friendly, kind, considerate, and fun

(1 couple: m: 34 full time tech job work from home (since covid) and f: entrepreneur and entertainment industry, also work from home (since covid).
Me: full time creative in ad industry, also work from home (wfh)
Dog: Loves to play, loves all dogs, looking for dog-bestie)

Who we're looking for:
1 person, who has steady income, reliable. Someone who could be open to occasional social distanced roomie dinners, and drinks, but also someone who has their own lives. Hoping for someone with a dog to play and keep my pup company.

We want someone who is trustworthy, honest, communicative, emotionally mature, and who understands boundaries both for themselves and each other.

Covid-19
We take this pretty seriously. We have figured out a way to have a semi-communal/happy home while still still living our lives, and acting responsibly in consideration of each other. This is how we operate as a household and would like to find someone who is comfortable with this as well: we basically operate as separate households between each room. We try to wear a mask while in any common area when closer than 6ft. We get tested periodically and share the results with each other. We also just communicate honestly if we can? t operate this way or if something isn? t working or if things need to change.
