The house is a 3 bedroom apartment located near Santa Monica College, 14 blocks away from Santa Monica Beach. It usually takes me about 10 minutes jogging to the beach. The house's common area is furnished but YOUR ROOM IS NOT FURNISHED.
Street parking is available, we've never had any problem finding a spot in front of our apartment.
Laundry room is available on the site.

Our roommate was a college student and moved to the east coast recently. All the roommates are clean and quiet. We are looking for a friendly, clean, easygoing, and respectful roommate to share this beautiful house with. I work from home and my hobbies are exercising, reading, adventure, trips, anything outdoor. The other roommate is a real estate broker, and his girlfriend currently lives with us and they are not home most of the time. It is a very nice, friendly, and quiet environment.
