Looking For A Roomie By January!

Hey beautiful people of LA:

Currently searching for a long term roommate (preferably vegan) who is ok with cats for my 2 bedroom apartment located in San Pedro!!

Details:
-rent is 1695 split in 2 each month
-utilities include gas, internet, and heat: around $100 a month each person
-street parking but there?s usually always a spot for you and you don?t have to walk far
-laundry is $1.50 a load, $1.00 to dry and located below the apartment complex
-huge closet w space and a nicely sized bedroom
-I have a cat so pls no? one that?s allergic! And be okay w him he is friendly ????
-I am super friendly and artistic. I?m a musician and I work full time at starbucks. I?m also a part time student, English major at el Camino. I am super sweet and fun and respectful, I like to keep things as clean as I can. My schedule is not consistent but I?ll do my best to respect your quiet time and sleep schedule/space.
-shared bathroom!
-1000 sq ft apartment so space is awesome!!
-NEED to move in by January 22nd
-would love to meet soon to see if we?re a good match and for you to tour the space!

It?s in a nicer part of town and never had any issues living here. Its a beautiful space and quiet town, down the street from sprouts, a cinema, 24 hr fitness, Trader Joe?s, chipotle, banks, starbucks, highway(110), and more! 15-20 minutes from long beach(:
