Looking for a roommate to rent a room at my house in SP. I live near 1st and western. Both males and females welcome. My home is 3 bd/2.5 bathrooms. You will occupy a downstairs, ground level bedroom. My room is upstairs. In addition to your own room, you will have a private full bathroom and access to all the common areas including the backyard. W/D. Once I move stuff out of the way, you can have a spot in my 2 car garage. My son comes over on weekends, sometimes my goofy little dog too. He has his own room. My son will use the common restroom or mine. I?m pretty laid back. Just don?t eat my leftovers and we?ll be cool. I work f/t as a nurse 3 days per week. No smoking indoors. The general bills and WiFi are included.
