Master bedroom for rent in townhome

Seeking a responsible, clean, chill and fun housemate to move into the second master bedroom in a townhouse in Reseda. The master has its own bathroom attached. The townhome has a half bath for guests. The place is fully furnished except the room for rent (comes with a brand new queen size adjustable base! Bomb! ) roommate has full house privileges, can use everything. There is a private two car , side by side garage underneath that has laundry hookups. You can either park there or use your side as storage as there is plenty of extra parking on the property. It is gated and the swimming pool and spa are right outside. The townhouse has a small patio for lounging, already set up. I have a small loving dog that will become your bff but she doesn’t get along with just any other dog, unfortunately. I’m looking for a nonsmoker, even outside. No heavy drinkers and someone who doesn’t have guests constantly trapsing in and out. I’m chill, friendly, super responsible, extremely organized, trustworthy, laidback and on the quieter side. Rent is $1200 and utilities split. No cable , just internet , dwp and gas. You will be put on the lease (1 yr) and the landlord will run credit check, etc. Please excuse the pictures, the room has stuff in it but it can all be removed.
