1 bedroom in beautiful 3 bedroom house

This is an ad for 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom two bath house. The hall bathroom will be virtually a "private bathroom" (as the third roommate is not here most of the time.) The house is fully furnished and shared. The bedroom may be furnished or not, depending on what furniture you would like to bring to the house. It is shown in this ad as furnished. The house is 1524 square feet and was recently renovated -- new flooring, paint, window coverings, bathrooms, electric, etc. We have Wifi and central air conditioning. There is a beautifully landscaped yard, with a patio with two tables with chairs. Your good credit helps. A security deposit of $1250 is required along with the first month's rent. My decor is Zen: wood floors, art, cotton couches, plants, etc. A comfy look. I am a vegetarian and I meditate. I like a quiet, retreat-like setting at home. I am very clean and like to keep my home tidy. People in arts are welcome to apply. I play piano (well) and work with singers who are popularizing the great american songbook. I also photograph, write, produce, market and distribute films. I welcome a similarly conscious, creative person. The house is close to shopping, Cal State Northridge, restaurants and public transportation (buses). No pets. Will accept short term rentals - and couples are ok for short-term. However, I am primarily looking for one full-time roommate.
