Hello, I have 1 bedroom available in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment on Avenue G in South Redondo. The apartment is walking distance to the Riviera Village (about 5 minutes walk), where you will find shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, as well as the Sunday Farmer?s market. It is also less than a 10 minute walk to the beach (about half a mile).

The apartment has a 1 car garage, which my current roommate and I alternate using each month, there is also ample street parking and we have 4 parking passes for the street.

I have a cat, he is declawed and very quiet. He spends most of his time in my bedroom. I work in a school, so I leave for work around 7:30am and am usually home around 4:30 Monday-Friday.

I am looking for a female roommate in her 20s or 30s, who is either a student or working professional.

I will upload pictures of the room itself once my current roommate gets them to me. The dimensions of the bedroom are approximately 12.4ft x 10.3ft. It has a large window with vertical blinds and a large closet with sliding mirrored doors.

The room is available for month-month beginning November 1, with the option of a 1 year lease beginning in January 2020.
