This place is a great find for someone professional and tidy, who has steady local work, and wanting to save money and not pay $1,200 - 1,400/month to rent a room in north Redondo Beach... living with 2 cool guys that are good friends and hang out and eat dinner together often.

ROOM AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN---MARCH 1ST!

TERMS: This is month-to-month for your convenience.

TOTAL MOVE IN COST: First months rent plus deposit ($1,100 rent + $1,000 deposit = $2,100 total move in cost).

UTILITIES: Average is $50-80/month per person (split evenly 3 ways). Covers the electric, water, wifi etc depending on how much we use the electricity.

This is a single private room for rent, and you would be sharing this 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with two guys who both work and enjoy living by the beach and doing other outdoor hobbies.

You would be sharing a bathroom with a clean roommate, and you'd have your own sink and bathroom drawers for all your toiletries.

We have everything for the house already like living room furniture, a TV, weight bench, dining room table, refrigerator, and kitchen supplies like microwave and stove/oven and toaster oven... since we've already been living here for several years.

All you need is whatever you need for your room and you can move into a place that's ready for you to live in without the hassle and cost of new furniture etc.

Big BBQ located on the patio (see picture of patio under staircase and next to the front door). You are welcome to use it, it's great for grilling in the summer!

ABOUT US: We surf, ride motorcycles, snowboard, and like to keep the place clean, chill, and quiet for the most part.

ABOUT YOU: We're looking for someone who is also clean, low-maintenance, responsible, and looking to have a nice place to live with good friends.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

You will have access to the rest of the apartment areas like the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and there's plenty of room for your food and kitchen supplies as well.

There is a washer/dryer on site for $1.75/load to wash and $1.50/load to dry.

There are two parking spots in back that are first come first serve, and there's always street parking.
