I am looking for someone to rent out my room from November 17th- February 1st 2021. The lease ends on the first and you can decide to stay if you like it, not sure if the couple is going to move out or stay once the lease is up.
The rent is $920 a month with utilities ranging from $70-$75 a month.
It’s a 3 bedroom house, located in Pomona, there is a couple living in the master bedroom. Both young working adults, and very cool to live with, they have a small dog.
You would get your own large private bathroom which has 2 sinks. Parking available in the garage, and there is a laundry machine&dryer as well. The room is not furnished.
