New Roommate Wanted!

Hi! Looking for a new roommate for our Playa Del Rey condo. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Usually just see a few people here and there walking their dogs! My current roommate and I are both friendly and very clean/respectful of each other’s space! I have a small cat that LOVES to cuddle with anyone so ideally you’re a pet lover. :) Between work/socializing/being active, neither of us are home a ton so when we are we like it to be a pretty relaxed environment. This isn’t really a party house, although we both like to go out for spicy margaritas! The room for rent is very spacious with plenty of room for any furniture you might have. It also has a huge closet with built in shelves! The property has a small gym, two pools and laundry facilities. We are also a pretty quick walk to the beach! If you are a fun/active/clean gal then please introduce yourself and maybe we’ll ll be new roomies! Thanks!
