Looking to find someone to rent a room in my home in Pasadena. $1275/ mo + utilities (usually $150 or less) Huge yard front and back, TONS of storage, attic, very cool space. I'm a 37 year old working in energy efficiency, very active mountain biker, aspiring record nerd. Looking to find someone that will enjoy the space and area to sublease a room. My home is a 1930's bungalow right off of Colorado blvd. Very spacious and maintained, the space would be ideal for someone looking to be comfortable, and still able to access the city very quickly. Single individual only, overnight guests are okay within reason. Must be a professional person or full-time student.
