35 year old professional looking for a roommate

Hello future roommate!

I am a 35 year old working professional that has a large bedroom available in my my 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment.

Apartment is fully stocked (minus your bedroom) and would be available to move in as of The end of May.

What is great about the apartment?

-It is a 10 minute walk to The Grove and Trader Joes
-It is a dog friendly place if you have a small dog
-It is only 8 units and everyone in the building is cool
-Washer and dryer on site

What is cool about me?

-I am a huge tennis fan
-I love to go out, but only party on the weekends
-I have emotional intelligence. If you need some quiet time, I understand
-I am gay and have both gay and straight friends
-I am reasonably clean, especially in common areas

My ideal roommate would be:

-Someone fun and outgoing that does not mind a chat, but is respectful of my privacy
-Someone who will help with chores (I do use a cleaning lady every 2-4 weeks, so it is not much)
-Someone single (if you are in a relationship that is cool too! Just want to be mindful of not always having your partner over)
-No drug use (alcohol is fine)
