Hi my sister and I are looking for a roommate. We would prefer a female. You would be renting a master bedroom with a private two sink bathroom on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom also includes a private walk in closet for yourself.
We live in a two story house. Our house is our safe space. It is like our temple. So we are looking for someone that will be respectful & not have strangers in the house. We prefer a single female. We would start with a preliminary interview through text.
We are equipped with video surveillance, keyless entry system for security purposes, in a private gated community, & security patrolling the neighborhood.
