Upon entering , you walk into a spacious open living room, a formal dining room with a French door next to the living room. From the dining room you can access the large patio area where you will find a dirt border for planting flowers. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and granite counter space. A 1/2 bathroom with a laundry area (washer/dryer included) complete the 1st floor. You will have access to the community pool and tennis courts. Many great grocery store ,restaurants, shopping centers and workout places are near by. It is about 0.9 miles from the townhome to CSUN. No pets please.

About the Roomies
