Opt. furnished bedrooms near CSUN

Tenant backed out and room is back on the market. Unfortunately, due to the large number of people who sign the lease and disappear, I will no longer provide any guarantees until a deposit has been paid. Thank you for understanding.

I have a 140-sqft bedroom for $700/mo. The bathroom is a full bath shared with one other person.

The room can be furnished. Tenant's choice.

The house is a 10 minute drive from CSUN and a 5 minute drive from the Northridge Fashion Center. The house is shared with a few other people that mostly keep to themselves.

I'm a single guy (with a cat) looking for a quiet and polite roommate. I'm into computers and hiking.

House rules:
1) Be polite to your housemates. Respect your housemates? privacy.
2) Quiet hours start at 11:00PM and end at 7:00AM.
3) Run the fan exhaust while you shower.
4) No overnight guests. Guests leave when quiet hours start.
5) No more than 3 guests at a time.
6) No wearing shoes in the house.
7) No heavy drinking, smoking, or drugs. Light drinking is okay.
8) No illicit activity.
9) No coin mining.
10) No pets.
11) Once you are done with the kitchen, clean up after yourself.
12) Exceptions can be made but you must ask first.
