The room comes with a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, book shelf and end table, lamp, arm chair, desk and closet with double sliding mirror doors. You also have your own bathroom with a shower/ bath, toilet and sink.

In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, gas stove top, microwave, juicer, blender, crock pot, central AC and heater.

Gas approx $20 p/m
Water and Power approx $100 bi monthly
Internet $25 a month
Monthly cleaner $50

Ample street parking, 2 minute walk to Ralphs, Starbucks, gas station, Rite Aid, Chase Bank, Wells Fargo ATM, UPS, hair salon and nail place.

Open to male or female roommate, a professional who works outside of the house, no smoking or drugs, must love cats! Looking for someone who is covid- responsible and aware. Available November 1st..

The requirements to join the lease:

minimum of 650 credit score
proof of income of 3x of your half of the rental amount
if unemployed, 6 to 8 times the rent in savings
