He is enthusiastic about meeting new people, but calms down after minutes and is the best of all house mates.
The person who wants a dog, but doesn?t have one, would be the ideal candidate. Prefer not to add more pets to the place, but depending on the situation, it could very well work out.

Looking for a quiet enough person who is respectful of space, but also can be sociable. There's nothing wrong with a party or gathering every once in a while, especially since the back yard is such a great gathering space.

The ideal roommate is clean, washes their dishes, takes out the trash, basically keeps the house in living and working condition. If you're a little messy, that's fine too. I get it. We work hard and it may take a few days to catch up on the dishes. ?
