Room for rent North Torrance with Utilties

Hello, I am renting a single bedroom in my home. It is currently myself and my roomate Melissa living in the home. We are both 27. I am a dog owner so we aren?t allowing pets at the time but feel free to play with my dogs, they love cuddles. All utilities, WiFi and laundry access are included in cost of rent. Our area is quiet and there is residential street parking. We are central to all major freeway entrances/exits, shopping, food, beaches, El Camino College and Cal State Dominquez. There are 2 nearby grocery stores as well as a Target all within a 5 minute drive. My roomate and I are both friendly and enjoy good conversation but also enjoy our alone time. We are looking for a female roomate who is drama free, friendly and isn?t too much of a partier. Preferably someone who is taking COVID seriously and someone who likes dogs. No inside smoking.
