About the house: Single story, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, very large living room with fire place, large new kitchen and open dining area. You have full use of the common areas (kitchen, living room, yard etc.)
Hardwood floors through out. Open living room w plenty of space to do yoga or hanging out. The bedroom gets lots of light. Big private back yard, vegetable garden and composting. The vibe is clean and welcoming.

I own the house and am a long-standing nonprofit arts executive. I’m also a visual artist and percussionist. I'm female and live in the house.
We are looking for a creative, mindful, progressive, health-conscious individual. College students are welcome.
The house is centrally located - easy quick access to downtown LA and the Westside - Culver City, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Marina del Rey, Mid-Wilshire, Leimert Park, Otis, USC, UCLA, LMU
