We are looking for someone who is willing to take over lease for at least 2 months. The space is very large (1400 sq ft) with full living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The room offered is the largest in the house and comes with large bathroom that is shared with 1 other roommate who is very clean. There is a pool in the complex and a garage w/ driveway and plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and area is AMAZING with access to anything you might need.
