Looking For Roommates
Apartment is 2BR-2BA located in great part of North Hollywood right by Noho park. Available January 1, 2019 until the end of June, a month to month arrangement is available. My roommate is moving out of the country so I need one or two people move in.
The Master Bedroom, Bath, and Walk-in closet are the largest in the apartment and gives you a lot of privacy. One underground parking spot also goes with the room. And laundry in the unit.
Very convenient location also. Apartment is right by the 101/170 freeway interchange off the Lankershim Exit on 170. Only 10 minutes walk to the Red Line, 5 minutes walk to the Noho Arts District and 24-Hour Fitness and many restaurants.
I?m easy going and like to keep the house clean. I do not smoke but drink socially. You should be no drama, no drugs. Pets are ok.
