Hi There!
I'm looking to share this " extremely well priced", centrally located 2+2, directly adj. to Valley Village, in the N. H. area of the San Fernando Valley. This unit is close to shops, freeways, transit, & "Available Now." The bedroom is spacious & bright with a wall-to-wall closet, an adjacent bath, parking space, pool, and community laundry. Utilities are split equally. They include Spectrum (cable, wifi, internet, etc) each month, and electric, every other month.
Please understand, this is just a "share", and nothing more. I have lived w/many roomates in the past, and in order to have a "drama free" comfortable environment, anyone renting must be " responsible, easy going, honest, respectful clean, and pay rent and all utilities "Consistantly on Time." Also, up front, let me say that this is not the place for party animals, excessive guests or alcohol and/or any illegal activities. So, in other words, if a relaxed home environment feels like a fit, then let's connect.
Employment, credit, and background history will need to be checked, and a 1 month security deposit plus the first month's rent will be required.
