West Hollywood - Norma Triangle - Apt. Sublet!

Walk through the Flats across the street or around WeHo. The most central area for Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Condo for sublet on N. Doheny Dr. between Santa Monica Blvd. and Sunset Blvd. I furnished this with my personal belongings, looking to travel a bit for the summer as my job never reopened their physical office. I'm looking for a professional that will take care of the place and treat it like it's their own.
-Sublet time frame is May 1 - July 15th, but I'm flexible on timing.
-There is a pool to go to whenever you like!
-One parking spot available
- I will pay utilities and internet, included in price.
- This condo building keeps to themselves, there are no partiers or wild residents, please be respectful, clean, and keep the apartment up in a similar way as the photos.
- Sheets will be replaced with easier maintenance option as these require ironing each time.
-Laundry on each level, CSC company (who manages our laundry) has super discounted rate their an app to use easily.
- trash shute in hallway, only bags, boxes go in garage dumpster.
- $3,400 per month, with pro-rated days on this rate if not exactly a month.
Couple callouts:
Cannot lose keys, no callbox and I will not be in town, so there will be a three day delay if you are locked out, please keep up with the keys! If you get food delivered, meet them in lobby as they can't get in etc.
Music must be kept at a normal level even though there is a sound system, it is a corner unit, so not many walls.
New windows for the dining room and bedroom are arriving, they are installed via the HOA approved installer who only takes an afternoon, but I will need you to allow them to install one afternoon.
