I feel since there is a very real chance we will be living together soon, you should get to know a little about me and the place that you will be calling home. So let's start with the place:

Since it's listed, I assume you know it is in the 90803. But what I bet you didn't know is that is walking distance to three different beaches. We are surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants, but out of the way of foot traffic. There's also a communal area along the canal that has tables, benches, grills, and easy access to the water (see attached picture). I cannot emphasize enough how rad this location is. My last roommate has moved out and the room is available now for 1100/mo. The furniture and decor in the photos is gone as well (shown for scale) so feel free to decorate as you like!

Now about me!

I am a 38 year old guy who works as a project manager in the telecom industry. I pay all of my bills, clean up after myself, and am respectful to those I live with. I moved here from Massachusetts two years ago with my dog. She's big for a dog, but small for a mastiff (80lbs). She's a little scary looking, but very sweet, clean, and well trained. She loves other dogs, but she is the queen of her castle and does not do well with other pets in the house. So, if you have ever wanted a dog, but could not get one for whatever reason, I am your man! When I'm not at work or the beach I'm either gaming or binge watching some Netflix series in my room. My door is always open to chat, but you'll have the living room mostly to yourself.

I am honestly OK with any anyone as long as you don't smoke, don't do drugs, and love dogs. Male or female is okay. Please no college students. And please have a job. You know, so I get rent on time.
