Two Roommates looking to fill a room in a 3 bedroom apartment for a month to month lease starting November 1st (Possibly a prorated October 15th.)
$808 a month before utilities. Shared Bathroom (with the male). The apartment is behind the Glendale Galleria/Americana. Has a high ceiling living room, hardwood floors, central AC, and a fairly large balcony. Comes with two garage parking spots that we share between the three us but street parking is rarely an issue. Both roommates are clean, young professionals who work in entertainment. We?ve got a good balance of being social with each other and keeping to ourselves.
Ideal Candidate would be Queer POC or extremely LGBT friendly, make $2400 monthly or more, have great credit, have great communication skills, friendly, be tidy, looking for a long-term living arrangement. PM for more details.
