Large Bright Apartment in Mid-Wilshire

Hello. Thank you for looking at the posting. I will be renting a gorgeous apartment in Mid-Wilshire approx Jan 1.
I am a 33 yr old lawyer at an entertainment company. I have a 3 year old daughter who stays with me half the time and her father half the time. I'm a very fun and casual mom type. I respect boundaries, have quiet time and I'm discipled with my daughter. We still laugh a ton and are usually out and about exploring the city and parks. I cook almost every night and have a predictable routine. I'm also very clean and organized.

The apartment is a very LARGE 1 bedroom 1 bath and 1 bonus room (your room), It's not fully closed off like a regular room, but private. The apartment has a private deck outside, a yard, washer/dryer, gourmet kitchen, large bright windows (floor to ceiling) on all of the yard facing walls. It's a downstairs unit. Its a fully renovated, brand new, I will be the first tenant. It's very close to all the metro lines and very walkable. Its the neighborhood behind LACMA museum. I only will live with another female and I prefer someone who does not work from home and does not have overnight guests. This is all due my daughter being in the home.
