Cool beach apartment

Male has a 2 bed/2bath apartment for share on top floor. I currently live in one of the bedrooms and looking to rent out the other as a sublet. It's a really cool apartment with a cool balcony. Room is Furnished. Lots of privacy as the apartment is sectioned so that you practically have a space to yourself. I have a washer/dryer in the apartment as well. Tandem parking. I am located about 100 yards from the sand and on a very cool and hip street in the Marina right by the Venice Pier but on the Marina side. Without a doubt the best block on the Peninsula in both Marina Del Rey and Venice beach.

ME:
I am a pretty cool/hip and open to all kinds of new things. I am outdoorsy and enjoy biking, laying out, and other active activities in the area. I have good stable job so the bills are paid on time. I am pretty diverse and hope you are too. I try hard not to bring the party home. Having a few people over at a time to hang at the beach is definitely cool, but not really into much more than that. No cigarette smokers but friendly.

If you enjoy the beach lifestyle then this is def. the place for you! Both women and men apply. Parking and all bills includes electric, gas, internet, water. This is a traditional sublet and if you are just moving to Los Angeles, then there is no better place to discover where you want to be than with me.
