Both are professionals working primarily from home via zoom. Everyone is very respectful and careful not to disturb anyone else while on a potential call during business hours. I personally have lived with them through almost all of the pandemic (est. September 2020) and they have never given me any trouble at all. Looking for a like-minded, well-mannered, respectful, professional adult who can slot in my place without a hitch. The room is completely empty and ready for move-in. Rent will be pro-rated as well based on move-in date. The current lease rolls into a Month-To-Month contract on July 31st, provided everyone is happy and wants to continue at that time.
