Large Luxury Penthouse- owner away half the time
My fiancé and I both work long hours in the healthcare field. He is taking a new job in northern California beginning in Feb. I will be the only one here and commuting back and forth to his new place of residence. We will both be coming back in March so are only renting this room while he is gone.
We are looking for a female professional who is clean and respectful of nice things. We moved into this space a year ago and practically everything in it is brand new so someone with attention to detail would be preferred. As the space is quite open it is not super easy to have zoom calls from during the day (while I would be in town). Obviously when I'm not there this would be totally doable, but something to consider if you work from home. No pets.
The unit is 2500 square feet, tenant will have their own bathroom, there is also a half bath available. Bedroom comes furnished, unit has;
large balcony with fire pit, chef's kitchen with Wolf appliances, bamboo floors, vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, fireplace, in unit washer/dryer. Parking is a tandem spot in the garage. There is an elevator in the building. Easy access to bike path that leads all the way to the Marina or Playa.
Walking distance to many spots in Marvista/Culver area;
Boy and the Bear coffee, Ginger's ice cream, Marvista Farmer's Market, Hatchet Hall, etc
Video walk thru available on request.
