-4 Bedrooms
-1.5 Baths
-Rent: $1,000 plus 1/4 utilities
-Security Deposit: Same as first months rent and due on move in
-Move in Date: 4/16/2021 or earlier
-Credit/Background Check: the landlord requires this, I believe it is $25
-Lease: Month to Month
-Utilities: will be separate from rent, and will be split between the 4 of us; will definitely have gas/electricity, and internet (usually around $40)

I will need the first months rent and the security deposit before move in
