A safe neighborhood, quiet neighbors, laundry on site. Covered safe, and a secure garage for tandem parking.
The Terms:
If you want to be placed on the lease you will have to supply a credit check to the landlord.
A deposit of one month's rent in addition to rent is due upon move-in.

No Pets, not even service, and Non Smokers are preferred.
About me:
I am a female, early 40s. I was working full-time until Covid so like most, I am home often but I'm quiet, I split my time between my room and the common area. I freelance write so sometimes I go to a cafe (if open). I keep the place tidy and clean and expect the same from my roommate
