• The other bathroom is a walking-in bathroom in the master bedroom, you cannot use it.
• The landlord does not live in this house.
• It is a 1-year lease with 1 month rent as deposit.
• The laundry is in the house, and free to use.
• There are plenty of free street parking spots.
• Other tenants are professionals.
• Rules: No pet, no smoking, no heavy metal music, no big parties. Single occupancy only.

• Location: It is located at Rose Ave and S Centinela Ave. It is right next to Santa Monica College (SMC) Bundy Campus. 5 min by car or 10 min by bike to Santa Monica Business Park. Walking distance to Mistuwa, Wholefoods, Starbucks, 24 Hr fitness, fast food stores, USPS, banks, dry cleaning stores. It has bus stops of Big Blue Bus 14 and SMC Bus 44 nearby.
