We are looking for a third roommate to share my beautiful 3-Bedroom, 2 ?-Bath Condo. Just 2-miles from the beach, close to Trader Joe?s, Target, LAX, and convenient 405 freeway access. Ideal for anyone in the Air Force (base in El Segundo), any employee of the many local Aerospace Companies, or if you just want to live close to the beach but just far enough away that you can easily find a parking spot when you come home at night and on the weekends. Parking is on the street but easily available.

We are two female roommates. You would share a bathroom with my other female roommate (I have my own bath in the master) and there is another ?-bath upstairs.

The condo is very spacious, fully furnished (except for the bedroom), well-kept and clean. Central A/C & Heat, dishwasher, microwave, furnished deck, fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. The room for rent is nice sized, 12? x 11?.

I work from home and my other roommate currently is still going to work daily and works for a local educational learning center. Both of us are very easy going and friendly. I have a small dog, a mixed Lhasa Apso (she is in one of the pictures.) She does not shed and she is not a yappy dog. Sorry, no other dogs or cats allowed.

Looking for someone who is considerate, responsible, easygoing, and clean. No heavy drinkers, weekday partiers, or drugs users. Professionals only, who are over the party scene but still enjoy a good night out.

Utilities are $150/mo. and include Wi-Fi, Cable, Electric, Water/Trash, House Cleaner (every other month), and miscellaneous household supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, sponges, liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent pods, Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, all household cleaning supplies, and more. Basically, all you need is to provide your own laundry detergent, bathroom toiletries, and TP (shared with the one other person sharing your bathroom) and move-on in. Everything else is provided.
