The condo is ideal for someone who like to be active and wants to enjoy the beach life. It is tastefully furnished, located on the top floor, open patio for summer barbeques.

You will be taking over one of the master bedroom with its own attached bathroom and entrance to patio. It’s an bigger of the two rooms with great sunlight, a large chest of drawers, tv mount, and plenty of space for an office.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, you' ll only be sharing it with one other person. All utilities included.

I' m in my mid 30' s, professional and easy going. I am often traveling between SF Bay Area and Redondo.

No couples or pets.

For couples the rent will be adjusted to account for one additional person living in the property.
