Amazing Room & Adu in Awesome House, Prime Local!

Hey there! We’re looking for female-identifying or gender non-conforming roommates to fill two of the amazing living spaces (each with a private bathroom) in our new rental home in super cute/walkable Los Feliz, starting MAY 1! More details below, please message if interested! :)

A little about the rental spaces…There are two separate living areas available for rent (see pictures of each below!):
1. A spacious, stand-alone ADU with tons of storage and it’s very own bathroom (tub + shower), kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, etc), washer/dryer (separate from the ones in the main house), and mini-split A/C unit! We are asking $2500/month, plus utilities (split evenly), for this HUGE unfurnished space (which includes full access to/use of the main house and backyard).
2. A private, unfurnished bedroom on the second floor of the main house with its own bathroom (tub + shower) and closet for storage! The space gets great natural light, with easy access to the in-unit washer/dryer, multiple LARGE communal living spaces, and the gorgeous backyard/patio. For this deluxe room, we are asking $1850/month, plus utilities (split evenly).

A little about the house…It’s located in a quiet-yet-central pocket of Los Feliz, walkable to SO many places – cafes/coffee shops, the grocery store, Los Feliz 3 movie theater, Los Feliz Flea Market, etc. The house is so CHARMING, with arched entryways and an old-Hollywood vibe. It has a SPACIOUS KITCHEN with an island (great for cooking!), a designated DINING ROOM (with three skylights), MULTIPLE COMMON LIVING AREAS (including a cozy window nook), and an AWESOME BACKYARD & PATIO lined with plants. Other amenities include AC/CENTRAL HEATING and IN-UNIT WASHER DRYER. There is a driveway for parking (shared amongst all tenants), as well as ample street parking (no permits required). Utility costs are divided evenly between all tenants. The house will be mostly furnished, though individual living spaces (including the two spaces available for rent) will come unfurnished.

A little about us…We are three women in our 20s, all LMU grads who are now working in film/entertainment-related fields. We’re all very clean, respectful, and easy-going. Additionally, we have 2 adorable small/mid-size doggos (Copper & Penny 🐶🙂).
