Beautiful Little Bungalow in Cozy Duplex

Subletting my place for the summer. 2 bedrooms, each with a private en suite bath. One is a full bath and the other is 3/4. I love this cute little place, it has nice appliances, is in a great, very walkable location between Los Feliz and Silverlake. One bedroom is furnished with a bed and the other is not. It can be used as an office or bedroom.

Nice little patio with views of the Griffith Observatory and Hollywood sign. Close to amazing restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Great neighborhood, ample street parking, washer and dryer shared with the next door neighbor which has never been a problem.

Would be a great bungalow for the summer. Renting for 3 months, June-August with the possibility to extend it longer. Looking for a quiet professional who is responsible and thoughtful.
