The apartment is located on the border of Silverlake/Los Feliz, roughly two miles from Griffith Park, close to Sunset Junction, walking distance to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, grocery stores, etc.

It is a bright, two-story apartment, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms upstairs and a kitchen, dining area, living room, plus a half bathroom downstairs. Very quiet street. Great location for public transport. If you drive, the apartment comes with a parking spot just for you in a secured parking garage. There is also a pool and a laundry room in the building.

About me:
Female, in my 30's, long time vegan. I work from home in the common/living area, my work hours are usually 8 - 5 M-F. I have a cat, she's a rescue, and unfortunately does not do well with other animals (I've tried many times!) so, sadly we cannot have another companion animal in the household, as she can be super territorial :(

I?m a vegan, and I don?t allow animal products in the house, so a vegan/plant-based roommate would be ideal, but if you are not vegan, we can be roommates as long as you do not bring any animal products into the apartment. Looking for someone who is employed full time, cleans up after themselves, and understands the value of boundaries, but is also friendly and polite.
