Cute Room To Share In Los Feliz

The Room is very cute. We are all artists. From painter to opera singers. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Not the family living room. There is a very cute and big patio in the garden that can be shared. Downstairs. No guests are allowed and no shoes are allowed in the house, but the patio is available for receiving guests. Not more than 2 once a week. The kitchen and bathroom have to stay clean, tidy and organized at all time. The dish must be done after being used. The sink in the kitchen and bathroom must remain clean at all time. You must be considerate of other living members in the property. No smoking is allowed. No cooking after 10 pm. We are recycling. No fruit or rotting aliments in bathroom trash or bedroom trash. Must keep the sheet and cover mattress at all time. No sleeping on mattress directly is allowed. Must keep the room clean. Must take a shower every day.
Yes, I received people that were really dirty and I had to teach them about the basic of hygiene! Being clean and tidy is a must for staying here.
