Looking To Fill A 2b/2b

I looked at a great 2b/2b in Los Feliz on New Hampshire Ave. Unfortunately my roommate backed out and so I am looking for a roommate to sign a lease for me. There are two options available, both 2b/2b with wood panel flooring throughout. Laundry on site, as is a large pool, small gym, and rooftop deck. One unit will be older countertops and fridge, stove microwave and dishwasher and a courtyard patio space off the unit for $1300, the second has upgraded granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and has new stainless steel fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher, with a balcony. The spaces come with parking for a $50 garage remote deposit (one-time and is returned upon move out).

Ideally looking for young professionals to apply for the apartment with me. Please let me know if interested. Pictures are of
unit with current tenants furniture. This would come unfurnished but I have a couch, tv, leather chair, coffee table, etc.
