Epic ocean view with the longest balcony!

Sharing a two bedroom two bathroom with a single professional who is in the media therefore treasures her downtime, so looking for a very quiet, extreme non-smoker of all kinds, who is a neat freak but does like to laugh.

There is a in-home laundry stackable, tasteful furniture in the shared living/dining area, and a modern kitchen with appliances and dishware that can be shared.

Water and trash is paid for by the landlord and electric is shared with current tenant who has been here for one year and loves it. The ocean breeze is do bring in some dirt so there is an expectation to share the monthly cleaning fee.

I entertain a few times a month for Mah jong tournaments and I have a daily live show on an NBC News radio channel from 9 to 10 every weekday morning but it is broadcast out of my master bedroom so as long as the person is quiet especially during that time there will not be an issue.

The building itself has security and a beautiful pool with barbecue area and a large gym that is rarely full.
