Looking for a responsible, low maintenance individual to share a large craftsman house. Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms that are shared, and full access to a good size kitchen, spacious living room, washer + dryer and shared tandem parking. There is a massive back yard! The room available is spacious and can comfortably fit a queen bed, dresser, and desk. The room has charming built ins and an average size closet.

A Little About Us: we are three gals in our early 30s. We all have professional and stable jobs, one working from home. We are low key- no drama kind of gals! We are clean and respectful of personal space. We do not use drugs but do drink socially.

We are looking for someone who fits seamlessly into our current environment and not just a body to fill a room. Ideally a friendly person who's going to add value to the house environment + dialog. Move in date is Feb 1st. We are seeking an individual in the same age rage (Late 20s/ Early 30), if you're 21/22/23 or in your late 30's this probably isn't an ideal match. Someone who has experience living on their own and in a shared space. A full-time job is a MUST, ideally someone who works 9-5 away from home. Someone who prioritizes safety, cleanliness and above all respect. A person who is conscientious, has a stable job and is looking for a stable place to live long term (+1 year ). Someone who lives/ works locally or very close to Long Beach is ideal.
