This area has plenty of parking and is in the center of Long Beach. With no more than 4 miles to access the 91, 710, 605 and 405 freeways, your commute is made a little easier. You are only a few short minutes drive from the Lakewood mall, Long Beach airport as well as LBCC, CSULB and the beach (no more than 6 miles to any one of these locations.)

Inside you will find a custom kitchen with granite countertops and backsplash, stove, microwave, large capacity refrigerator, recessed lighting, 65' HD flat screen TV in living room and a recently remodeled full bathroom.

- fully furnished house (except the room that will be rented out. NOT FURNISHED) In the photos of the bedroom, the bed is a full size bed but a queen can easily fit inside the room. The bed is NOT available nor the dressers.
- 3 Bedrooms (14' x 9 1/2' is the size of the room that is for rent)
- 1 full bathroom ( SHARED)

Must disclose that I have 3 pets. 1 indoor 5 lb dog who is house trained and 2 smaller dogs  who stay outside in their fenced area. A pet lover is a must. All dogs are very friendly.

I have a 13 year old son who is here on some weekends. He keeps to himself and is very respectful.  I am a professional woman, in my early 40's, very outgoing and easy going. I am very clean and a hard worker. If you have any problems with the house, I tend to it quickly. I take pride in making my house presentable and well functioning.

* Looking for a roommate for 12
months or longer if possible. Contract is month to month.

*Must be CLEAN and tidy.

*NO Overnight guests. Exceptions may be made.
