1100sq. ft Modern house to share. House is in a great location which is close to the 405 freeway and Long Beach Airport. Approximately 5 miles to the beach and Cal State Long Beach. Two minutes to Long Beach City College, The Hangar, Long Beach Exchange shopping, parks and a brewery. The house and backyard are fully furnished except for that bedroom. The bedroom is large enough for a king size bed, a large dresser and an end table. It has cedar lined closet with built in organization. The bathroom has duel shower heads and soon the backyard will have an outdoor shower as well. Laundry machines are located in house and all kitchen materials will be shared including a dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, duel refrigerator/ freezer and a Vitamix blender. House has two ac units and window and ceiling fans in every room. The outdoor space is amazing and it includes two patios, a koi pond, a swimming pool/ spa, bbq, garden boxes, two tv's, various seating and soon to have a bar. As for me I don't spend much time here prior to COVID. I'm clean, easy going and not looking for drama. I recently rescued a dog and he loves people so if you don't like even well trained dogs do not inquire.
