One older, mature, no partying, clean, 420 friendly, no boy/girl/significant other hanging out 24/7 & no overnights, willing to pitch in to b a part of our efforts to keep this awesome house as awesome as it is! Washer & dryer, parking, residential very quiet street, all tile throughout, storage unit for some smaller items, full use of all common areas, huge yards, super cool house! U have to c it to believe it as we have created a very peaceful, zen like, non judgemental sanctuary here & its a diamond in the rough concrete jungle that surrounds us all. Neighbors here still wave & say " hello" to one another & we really want u to feel a part of yet have no desire to get into ur business. After a difficult day u will just feel so relieved to walk through the front door to beautifully scented candle light an open clean space, eclectic artwork from around the world, & the peace & quiet ur longing for. This house is just so wonderfully zen like & we look forward to a very chill, no drama person who can keep that awesome vibe going so if this is u send word & lets get u in here!
